Adult Care Services, Learning Disabilities, Short Term Enablement

The Council is currently out to tender for Short Term Enablement Services for Adults with Learning disabilities and/or autism. The service will provide both planned and urgent short term enabling support and will therefore support people with planned skill development and provide support to people to resolve short term issues and challenges.
