Kingsgate Primary School - Expansion & Remodelling Phase 2 (JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor's Design 2011 (ICD 2011))

The works are required to remodel the existing school buildings and support the expansion of the school to provide new school places for key stage 2 pupils. The works will involve demolition of part of the school building and the modular construction of a new building to provide an additional hall and library space.
