GB-Norwich: Provision of a Homelessness Prevention and Emotional Resilience Service for South Norfolk Council

South Norfolk Council wishes to procure a service to support residents at risk of homelessness who have barriers or vulnerabilities to maintaining accommodation, retaining independence and developing self-efficacy and life skills.
