External decoration to housing properties

External decoration work as required to council owned housing properties. A Direct Award has been made via a call-off from the Decorating Framework with Eastern Procurement Limited (EPL). EPL is a not-for-profit organisation offering specialist compliant framework agreements, social landlords and other public sector bodies, predominantly in the Eastern region.
