6-007 Evaluation of Designated Funds_RIS1 Review

Highways England plans to undertake a RIS1 Review of Designated Funds and the purpose of this commission is to provide specialist evaluation support to generate evidence and independently assess what has been delivered through the RIS 1 investment in Designated Funds, in order to build our understanding about the type of benefits (and the size of effect) which are being generated through the Funds.
