Dalston, Hackney Central & Stamford Hill Economic Viability Assessment

In order to inform and support the preparation of the Dalston Plan,the Hackney Central Masterplan Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) and the Stamford Hill Area Action Plan (AAP) the Council needs to complete an economic viability assessment to test the viability of the policies in all three emerging plans.
