Supervised Contact Services for Children and Young People in London Borough of Ealing

The definition of supervised contact in context of this service, is contact arranged for children who are the subject of care proceedings (as defined by section 31 of the Children Act 1989), where proceedings have ended, and the child remain in the care of the Local Authority. For all these children, the risks and concern regarding the significant adults in their immediate and extended family are such that supervised contact needs to be fully supervised, monitored and recorded.
