Chelmsford City Council wishes to appoint a design team to provide all-inclusive services, as more specifically set out in the project brief, for a new Pool and associated facilities with multi-storey car park and remodelling works on the site of the Riverside Ice and Leisure Centre Victoria Road Chelmsford.
