East Staffordshire Borough Council is proposing to demolish and rebuild existing Changing Facilities at Shobnall Leisure Centre.The project comprises of the demolition of the present changing facilities block and rebuilding the changing block to provide a more efficient and modern design, creating 10 changing areas with gas-heated private shower areas.
