Extended Producer Responsibility Research

The proposed procurement is for a novel piece of research will inform the design, in the latter half of 2019, of a policy of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). It will explore the logistics of two possible approaches to making producers more responsible for the packaging they place on the market.
