Programme level evaluation of the Cultural Destinations programme

We require an external evaluator to support a programme-level evaluation of the Cultural Destinations programme. Each Cultural Destinations area is required to undertake their own local evaluation of work towards the four aims of the programme. However we have not so far given any specific guidance to standardise evaluations across the programme.
