WA13126 - HNA for L&D Services & hosted Reconnect Services across the South West

NHS England Health & Justice South West are seeking a suitable provider to carry out Health Needs Assessments (HNAs) for the commissioning of Health provision into five Liaison and Diversion services and hosted Reconnect Services. It is also expected that the provider will produce a consolidated regional report.
