Coaching for ExCo

Ofgem is embarking on a transformation programme to change and improve how we operate as an organisation. An important part of this is how the executive leadership team (ExCo) operates, including working together effectively as a team and 'walking the walk' on the behaviours we want to embed across the organisation as a whole.
