National Cancer Patient Experience Survey 2025-2029

The 2025-29 contract will include survey design; data collection; receiving and managing responses, and producing outputs. The survey currently uses a 'mixed mode' methodology with questionnaires sent by post alongside information about how to complete the questionnaire online. NHS England are interested in updating the survey methodology to encourage online completion, maximise response rate and/or address non-response bias.
