Information, Advice and Advocacy Service (IAAS)

The London Borough of Waltham Forest (LBWF) is tendering for the provision of a universal high quality, consistent and integrated Information, Advice and Advocacy Service. The service will provide a central point of contact for high quality information, advice and first level advocacy across the borough based on resident needs related to health, well-being, money, debt, employment and skills with the ability to bring in other services in the future.
