Multi-skilling Training Programme

Merlin Housing Society is embarking on a programme to transform the way in which its repairs and maintenance services are delivered. The strategy is to implement a multiskilling programme for trade operatives. In order to meet the needs and demands of current and future business, Merlin has agreed that a multi-skilled model should be adopted with operatives qualified in at least one base trade and fully competent to perform the tasks in other disciplines.
