One off plumbing repairs

We have a requirement for a one off repair of a water leak in one of our laboratories. The work will be planned to take place some time in June when the lab has been vacated. The work would consist of; supply and installation of an 80mm pipe run to replace a leaking stretch of 76mm marine brass condensate return pipe; Connection to existing services; thermal insulation of same pipe; installation of duplex valves to allow isolation; civil works to enable installation and make good; removal of redundant pipework leg....
