MOIRA 2.2 Update Rail Plan Study

The Rail Analysis division in the Department for Transport (DfT) requires expertise for the provision of updates/validations of the following datasets in MOIRA2.2 using data from Transport for London's (TfL) RailPlan model: 1. Access egress times between London stations and City Zones 2. City Zone Splits 3.
