Outsourced Online Criminal Record Checks

Liverpool City Council currently processes approximately 1500 Criminal Records Checks per year. We are now seeking to outsource this complete process including applicant ID checking, counter signatory obligations and full online checking service to an external provider who will provide the full end to end checking service on behalf of Liverpool City Council.
