The GMC has conducted people surveys since 2009. We started an annual cycle of surveys in 2018. 86% of the GMC (over 1,300 colleagues) completed the people survey in 2022. We achieved a score of 74 out of 100 in the employee engagement index (EEI), which measures how positively colleagues respond to a set of key engagement questions.
