South Lincolnshire Parkinson's Service (South Holland and Welland)

The service will offer an integrated specialist nursing service and a specialist physiotherapy led exercise group programme for people diagnosed with Parkinson's or related movement disorders including vascular Parkinsonism ( if the individual is able benefit from services provided), Multiple System Atrophy, Progressive Supra Nuclear Palsy or Lewy Body Dementia if a previous diagnosis of Parkinson's has been made.
