Oxford House Refurbishment (part of RetroFIT for the FUTURE)

Oxford House is a residential tower block consisting of 90 flats over floors 1-15 with communal space on the ground floor. Part of the refurbishment works are funded through the RetroFIT for the FUTURE project from the England European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
