CQC wishes to commission a national voluntary organisation, to provide continuous qualitative intelligence about children and young people’s individual experiences of care at named health and social care services in England to CQC via CQC’s Share Your Experience form (http://www.cqc.org.uk/share-your-experience-finder ).
