Rent for student accommodation provided by a third party purpose built student accommodation provider

We had an unexpected shortage of rooms due to finding RAAC in four of our student residencies. Unforeseen government guidance changes in early September meant that we needed to urgently source more rooms to enable us to meet our accommodation guarantee within 10 working days.
