Financial Viability Assessment Framework

The London Borough of Sutton is seeking the establishment of a panel of expert consultancy support for the Council to meet its statutory and non-statutory obligations in assessing the financial viability of proposed developments. A Framework will be established to this end for a period of 4 years. This aims to ensure a consistent approach to the assessment of development viability across London and to give greater clarity to developers.
