Cheedale footbridge is a timber beam bridge spanning the River Wye, the bridge sits below the Cheedale Viaduct just off the Monsal trail. Access to the bridge is via the Monsal trail down the steep embankment (footpath) towards the River Wye. The Timber footbridge spans the river sitting on a stone built abutment either side which is in need of some repair works. The bridge is currently shut off for use as it is deemed unsafe.
