The overall objective is to work with government agencies to gain a better understanding of how the historic investment that Big Lottery Fund has made in OPAL across the UK (c£18.6m) could be best used to provide sector-wide benefits in the area of environmental citizen science and public engagement, and to support governmental policies and priorities in these areas.
