P1261 - Framework Agreement for the Provision of Security for Events

The Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the benefit of the different directorates and service areas across the Council. This Framework Agreement will be managed by the Council and Call Off contracts will be managed by various Council Representatives on a call off by call off basis.
