Interview Assistant Directors to gain an insight on their perception of their roles

Over a period of up to six months to meet with the assistant directors on an individual basis and work with them to ascertain how they are following a period of exponential growth across the NMC and in some cases have moved into new roles or are in the early stages of taking up a new role.
