Employee support from mid-life through to retirement - understanding employer practice and views

We are looking for a consultancy to undertake a short project to understand employer views and practices, in terms of supporting employees from mid-life to retirement age to plan for the future or improve their well-being. We expect the project to be mainly based on interviews (around 30) of employers and some support providers, and analysis against our key questions.
