Ramsgate Shop Front Works 3 & 19-21 Harbour Street

Thanet District Council is seeking to engage a contractor to carry out heritage conservation and restoration works to shop fronts in Ramsgate's Harbour Street, as part of the Ramsgate High Street Heritage Action Zone project. These works are managed on behalf of the Council by Jan Kattein Architects. The proposed form of contract is JCT Minor Works with Contractor's Design 2016.
