Public Bus DPS Mini-Competition for route B24323

Incumbent supplier has confirmed that they are altering their commercial services in the Hastings area from 1 September, resulting in the withdrawal of their service 29 between Hastings, Westfield, Northiam and Tenterden. Therefore, the Council needs to take urgent action to ensure communities are not left without a bus service.
