The Council is seeking to develop a Dynamic Purchasing System(DPS) of Registered Housing Providers able to work in partnership with the Council to: Develop accommodation via leasing arrangements with private sector landlords (in partnership with Barnsley, Doncaster and Rotherham Councils) •Develop supported housing for vulnerable people.(Barnsley Council only) •Develop general needs housing (Barnsley Council only).
