WDC/SDC - Consultancy for an Urban Capacity Study of the South Warwickshire Local Plan

Warwick District and Stratford-on-Avon District Councils (the Authorities) are looking to appoint a Consultancy to undertake a study to identify the urban capacity of South Warwickshire on previously developed land which will be a key piece of evidence to support the new local plan. It is envisaged that the study will be primarily desk based although it is recognised that an occasional site visit may be required.
