BCP Council is seeking to appoint Employer's Agent Services for Oakdale AEC & and Constitution Hill.\r The aim is to optimise the Oakdale AEC site by providing at site A, a varied height (to reflect surroundings- old & new) mixed tenure scheme of between 45-60 extra care housing flats and on site B chalet style bungalows predominantly in accordance with the Design Principles for Extra Care Housing (3rd edition) published by the Housing LIN.
