The Service is looking to procure courses that maintain, complement and broaden the current 2020-21 curriculum and support residents in these unprecedented times. It is seeking to support two priority groups of residents (later referred to as 'learners'): - Residents who are unemployed and looking for work. - Residents in low paid work and seeking career progression or change, or who are at risk of redundancy (earning below ?17,004 annual gross salary and who would normally be eligible for co funding).
