Fire Risk Assessments IBC Homes

To complete a fire risk assessment for the Communal Areas of our General Housing Stock (on a Block by Block basis) including accessible loft/roof spaces, where accessible. This comprises approximately 346 buildings. There may also be additional blocks that require assessment on an ad hoc basis.
