Hampshire De-Registration Partnership Register (HDPR 2023)

The Hampshire De-Registration Partnership was established in 2015 with the aim of facilitating the de-registration of Care Home establishments for younger adults that were suitable for conversion to a model based on independent living.   HDPR 2015 - 2022 - During the lifetime of the previous HDPR the County Council has worked with several Providers to look at de-registering their Residential Care Homes.
