'Block Booking' of up to Six Beds at a Registered Nursing or Residential Home(s) for the period up to 31st March 2018 Bury Council is seeking to address the concern that there are a significant number of people in acute beds, whose medical episode is complete but who are awaiting further assessment. The hospital is not the most appropriate environment for most assessments to happen.
