Installation of emergency lighting and associated electrical works within communal areas of blocks of flats

The works include replacement of existing lighting and wiring within 73 communal areas of general needs blocks of flats. The purpose of these works is to improve the lighting levels and to provide emergency lighting within the communal areas by using energy efficient LED lighting combined with emergency.
