Thanet District Council is seeking a suitably experienced supplier to undertake cleaning services at two multi storey car parks located at Mill Lane in Margate and Royal Harbour in Ramsgate. The cleaning requirements consist of:- Part 1 an annual deep clean including stairwells, Part 2 an interim 6 month clean including stairwells and Part 3 - monthly cleaning of stairwells.
