Building Fabric R&M

The Council has a statutory responsibility to ensure that the buildings are maintained and repaired in accordance with a regular planned programme. The Council requires a suitably qualified and resourced contractor to deliver Building Fabric Repairs and Maintenance Service to the properties that form the Council's estate portfolio.
