Market engagement event for an out of court disposal for domestic abuse perpetrators

The purpose of the event is to discuss with market providers the requirements for a pilot for the provision of an out of court disposal scheme for domestic abuse. The Director of Public Prosecutions has agreed to consider exemptions for seven forces (including Northamptonshire) to use conditional cautions for cases involving domestic abuse.
