Tier 2/3 Substance Misuse Shared Care Service

The Service will establish and run a drug and alcohol misuse service in the borough of Lewisham in partnership with General Practitioners. The substance misuse service is to be made available to adult drug and/or alcohol users in Lewisham as well as their families and carers.
