Multi-Storey Car Park LED Lighting Upgrade

The London Borough of Bromley (hereafter referred as ‘the Council’) has three Multi-Storey Car Parks (MSCPs) lit by a variety of lighting, which is between 25-30 years old and coming to the end of its working life. The MSCPs are currently lit 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and maintenance and running costs are significant.
