Birmingham City Council (the Council) is carrying out a further competition exercise using the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation - Agreement ESPO 83_21- Grocery, Fresh, Chilled and Frozen Foods and invites tenders from all capable suppliers included within the aforementioned agreement for the requirement with the preferred supplier.
