Costs incurred by CH2MHill in accessing historic Information required for the RCI Legal Case

Highways England to engage personnel with relevant knowledge and expertise within CH2MHill to provide administrative support and recompense time spent on gathering information in support of the Highways England court case on historical RCI interpretation. The staff to engage through CH2MHill (formerly contracted to us as commercial and contractual advisors through Hyder-Halcrow Joint Venture and Arcadis) in many cases have moved on and/or away.
