DBC (AL) Demolition of Dacorum Borough Councils old Civic Centre building located in Hemel Hempstead

The Council has invested significant amounts of money regenerating Hemel Hempstead Town Centre over the last couple of years which includes the redevelopment of the Gade Zone which includes the construction of a new civic building titled the Forum which homes Dacorum Borough Council. The Council's old building, the Civic Centre which is located in close vicinity to the new offices, needs to be demolished to allow the Council to complete the regeneration of the Gade Zone by building new residential properties.
