Improvement Plan Survey Support

LCC is seeking support to develop a suite of surveys conducted on an annual basis for the next three years to provide part of this evidence. The surveys will ascertain the "temperature" of the organisation and the views of Councillors, Officers and residents of the city, capturing views, opinions and perceptions of the Council.
