Contract for Supported Living Services

This contract is for the provision of care and support in supported living services, including domiciliary care to individuals with eligible needs. The Council currently provides direct care and support to 34 separate supported living properties through its in-house provider, County Durham Care & Support (CDCS) and a small number of external Providers.
